Our philosophy is to conduct formal business and technology planning before deploying any software solution.  Business requirements typically drive the software application development process and we help you define them before you start the technical phase.  We perform all phases of traditional business planning and software development lifecycle services for our clients.  We can lead the entire lifecycle or just specific phases.  Over the years we have developed our own methodologies, however we have modeled our application development process after the SEI CMM (Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model).  We believe in following a defined, documented, and repeatable process when developing custom or packaged software products.
